OUR NALLEY STEAMWAY DREAM TEAM
Who are we?
We're a family business. We're your neighbors -- working and living right along-side you; maybe even next door.
We are IICRC Trained and Certified Technicians (those fine-looking techs in the blue and khaki's).

David Nalley - Owner, IICRC Certified Master Cleaner
I have been in the carpet cleaning business since age 11. I helped with the family business since 1968, and eventually bought the business in 1980. At age 16 I began training new business owners in carpet cleaning who bought their machines from my dad who was the first distributor of Steamway International. Owning and operating a plane helped me cover the ground quicker. Today I own and fly a Cessna 210. Certified with the IICRC, I am a Master of Textiles, Master of Restoration, Master of Fire and Smoke Restoration, plus 12 other certifications. I have been married to my wife, Judy since 1990, and have six children and two grand children. Four of our kids work in the business in some fashion. I enjoy riding horses - especially downtown with the Jackson Police Department's Citizens Mounted Unit, snow machining, golfing, hunting, filling in for the minister for the Jackson Hole church of Christ, and most of all teaching others how to have a successful carpet cleaning business. I am also the President of Steam Way International, which is a manufacturer of carpet cleaning supplies for businesses around the US, Canada and several other countries. Nalley Steamway is a premier cleaning company that uses Steam Way cleaning agents and equipment. It is fun to see a different client three to four times a day and solve their cleaning puzzle - taking ugly carpet and making it beautiful again. |
Mark Wright, Technician specializing in cleaning area rugs
I was born and raised in Jackson and left shortly after graduating High School. I ended up in Alaska for about 26 years and moved back to Jackson in 2006. I now live in Victor with my wife and one of two daughters. Moving back to the area has allowed us to enjoy all the outdoor activities we did in Alaska, and I enjoy a game of golf every chance I get. My primary responsibility with Nalley's is cleaning area rugs at our cleaning plant - but I do get behind the wheel of the Steamway van for wall-to-wall cleaning now and then. Being associated with Nalley Steamway, has allowed me to work independently with a company that strives to do the best work possible. Each technician is accountable for their own work and is provided the training, tools and incentive to do a good job, all in a very professional setting. It's quite satisfying fixing someone's carpet or upholstery woes. |
Tyler Nalley, Technician specializing in water damage and carpet cleaning
I was born and raised in Jackson. I have been involved in the family business many years, and am enjoying being a full-time technician as of summer of 2013 when I graduated from JHHS. I have studied by dad's business philosophies my whole life, and feel privileged to be able to incorporate them into my career at Nalley Steamway. I am proud of being someone who will get the job done correctly as well as utilize my problem-solving skills on difficult cleaning or water damage situations. |
Jessica Cummings, Technician specializing in cleaning upholstery and carpet
After a ten-year residency in Wilson, I am a homeowner in Alpine. I have enjoyed re-modeling and designing my home and live with my husband and golden retriever. We have also purchased rental and business property in the same area and are busy renovating that property. As a perfectionist, I understand female expectations for aesthetic details. I especially enjoy cleaning upholstery. |

Judy Nalley, Systems Specialist
David and I have been married since 1990. I came to Nalley Steamway with a background in office management, having worked for the Wyoming Bankers Association when I lived in Casper and Sierra Construction in Linch WY (where on earth is LINCH?). Thirty years, and over 40,000 carpet cleaning jobs later, I still enjoy being involved in Nalley Steamway in more of a background role. I help Naiane with the phones after hours, plus help David design systems and programs to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. My passion is training horses for Hapi Trails Horse Rescue, riding downtown with the Jackson Police Department's Citizens Mounted Unit, and playing pickleball. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with our four grown children. |
