ECONOMY PACKAGE 

For a home or business that is totally empty of furnishings (such as a move-out situation), this is the most thorough cleaning possible in a 5-step process:
   1.  We vacuum the carpet (ALWAYS!),
   2.  Apply state-of-the art pre-sprays and spotters that are appropriate for your type of carpet,
   3.  Use dryers if necessary while we are there,
   4.  Groom the freshly-cleaned carpet for final inspection, appearance and drying,
   5.  Set up proper ventilation and optimal temperature for fast drying.

This is the least-expensive package we offer due to the fact that there are no furnishings to have to work around.  If you are planning on moving in after having the carpet is cleaned, you can plan on doing that about 6 hours after we are done.  Mention the Economy Package when you are scheduling carpet cleaning for your rental unit or are moving out.

VALUE PACKAGE

For a home or business where we are to clean around the furniture or traffic areas, this is the most thorough cleaning possible in a 5-step process.
   1.  We vacuum the carpet (ALWAYS!),
   2.  Apply state-of-the art pre-sprays and spotters that are appropriate for your type of carpet,
   3.  Use dryers if necessary while we are there,
   4.  Groom the freshly-cleaned carpet for final inspection, appearance and drying,
   5.  Set up proper ventilation and optimal temperature for fast drying.

This is our most popular package.  This package offers the least amount of disruption to your home and life, since we are cleaning around the furnishings.  Traffic areas look fresh and clean.  With our state-of-the art equipment, cleaning detergents that are unmatched in our industry, and cleaning techniques, you can enjoy your dry, clean carpet by dinner time. Mention the Value Package for your routine carpet cleaning where you want to have beautiful carpets with little fuss.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

For a home or business where we are to clean under the furniture, this is the most thorough cleaning possible in a 8-step process. 
   1.  We move furnishings to one side of the room (repeating the process for the second half of the room),
   2.  Vacuum the carpet (ALWAYS!), 
   3.  Apply state-of-the art pre-sprays and spotters that are appropriate for your type of carpet, 
   4.  Use dryers if necessary while we are there, 
   5.  Apply pH-iber Guard Protectant,
   6.  Replace furnishings so that legs are sitting on plastic tabs,
   7.  Groom the freshly-cleaned carpet for final inspection, appearance and drying, 
   8.  Set up proper ventilation and optimal temperature for fast drying.

The premium package is a wonderful step in your deep-cleaning project.
