SPECIALTY RUGS CLEANED AT OUR PLANT

   The Nalley Steamway area rug cleaning plant is located at 1625 KDC Lane.  You can drop off your area rugs at this location during our open hours of Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, or call 307-733-4002 to set up a time after hours if that is more convenient for you.  

   We normally have about a one to two-week turn-around time of when your rugs could be cleaned and picked up (depending upon the season).  For unscheduled drop-ins, this time frame could be slightly more.

   Mark Wright is our dedicated-full-time area rug technician, and is trained and savvy about cleaning specialty rugs such as Orientals, Silk, Cotton, Animal hides, and other delicate fabrics. 

    Mark cleans each piece by hand - not in a machine, and keeps a close eye on your rug throughout the drying process.  All rugs dry flat on our specially-heated floor so that there is no warping or disfiguring of the shape. 
   Because of this process, you can feel confident that your rug is safe and will be well taken care of.

   Cushions - if you bring in couch or patio cushions, it is very important that you bring them on the foam.  Do not remove the cushion covers.

Directions for dropping off your rugs or cushions:
  • ​Our cleaning plant is located south of town toward Hoback Jct.
  • Go 1 mile past Wy D.O.T. and turn right onto KDC Lane.
  • Take the first entrance on your right
  • Pull straight into the shop that says "Nalley" on the door.
